Personal Development
This category contains anything personal development related.  This will be video’s I’ve created; replays of my live videos; reviews of books or general hints and tips to help you develop yourself too.

It has helped me change and become the person I am today, which is a far cry from the person I was.  It’s really interesting topic, but I didn’t always think that way until I tried it for myself.

To do personal development you need to be reading or listening to books, watching Youtube videos.  You need to find any way you can to work on the things that you want to improve on in your life. My personal development so far has consisted of self-esteem, anxiety, confidence, mindset and generally helping myself in the areas I needed improvement on the most.

I hope that you find this category as useful as I do.  I look forward to writing and sharing my ideas of personal development and how it’s helping me.

In this category, you will find confidence, anxiety and mindset related posts.
